  Solid Mechanical Joints

  The mechanical joints are important for the sealing and long-life use of the spray bar.

  Connectors used in the VAD Series asphalt Distributor allow the entire 5400mm spray-bar to be raised, lowered, or moved sideways.

  With teflon and copper threaded material sealing is obtained. Flange structure provides easy maintenance and repair.

  Fully Automatic Spreading

  Specific to the models of VAD5400 and VAD3600A with precise flow adjustment and specially designed spray-bar 5400mm'de perfect spreading can be made. The system works by reading the data such as vehicle speed and spread width by providing instantaneous pump flow for the desired amount of spreading. Spreading width can be increased or decreased during operation, the operator can accelerate or slow down according to the condition of the road, while the operator is focus on driving system can start, maintain and finish spreading.

  Pump Function

  With dedicated Asphalt Distributor Pump, critical functions can be performed with valves which are located both inside the pump and at the piping. Pneumatic actuators can be controlled directly from the cabin.

  Complete Control from Cabin

  Thanks to the special designed control panel located in the operator's cab, the operator can get all functions such as circulation, automatic / manual spreading, intermediate pump feature, system cleaning, as well as controls such as pneumatic spray-bar locks, positions, paving width and spray bar movement of the spray bars.

  Safe & Fast Heating

  8’’ diameter 2 flame tubes are placed along the tank in U format. With 2 units of 26kg / h, min 190kw - max 310kw electric burner, the material is heated quickly and efficiently. Heating controls are accessible from the rear control panel. After entering the desired temperature value from the screen with the help of a single button operator can activate the heating.

  When the material reaches the specified temperature, the burners are switched off automatically, thus ensuring safety during heating.

  Asphalt Pump

  The Asphalt Pump is mounted on a plate which is welded to the back plate of the tank. The pump has two intake lines and two discharge lines. The body of the asphalt pump is designed to remain in the tank so that freezing in the pump is prevented.

  Thanks to the internal valves on the pump, the system performs all functions without the need for complicated piping system. Maintenance and cleaning are provided much more quickly and easily.
