VRT Series Bitumen Transport Tankers can optionally be manufactured for Polymer Modified Bitumen transport. With its built-in hot oil heating system and specially designed hot oil jacket piping , it is possible to maintain the perfect pump functions and to re-heat the waiting material at inside or outside the work field.
VRT Series Bitumen transport tankers can easily perform all functions without any need to manually interfere with any valve thanks to the control panel on them. Heating Controls are located at the same panel as well.
8’’ diameter 2 flame tubes are placed along the tank in U format. With 2 units of 26kg / h, min 190kw - max 310kw electric burner, the material is heated quickly and efficiently. Heating controls are accessible from the rear control panel. After entering the desired temperature value from the screen with the help of a single button operator can activate the heating. When the material reaches the specified temperature, the burners are switched off automatically, thus ensuring safety during heating.
The specially designed VAD Series pump is mounted on a plate welded to the tank face. The body of the pump is designed to remain in the tank so that material freezing is prevented in the pump. Thanks to the internal valves on the system, it performs all functions without needing a complex installation or piping. Maintenance and cleaning are also provided much more quickly and easily.
