Turkey's first Chip Spreader VCS 5400, has been delivered to market.

Turkey's first Chip Spreader VCS 5400, has been delivered to market. Vimpo introduce the VCS5400 to General Directorate of Public Roads earlier this month, VCS5400 offers a range of features and benefits, also provides solutions for many problems.

At the launch of VCS 5400 Chip Spreader, Director of the Vimpo A. Okan Gezinir express: “In 2012-2013 with the increasing demand of Turkey’s road construction sector, Vimpo has been started to design and working on projects for the Chip Spreader”.

Gezinir also mentioned that interviews with the Chip Spreader operators, companies and General Directorate of Public Roads have been started in the early times of project to determine why Turkey needs this machine. Also director express the identified results; "ease-of-use and serial, gain time and money, to ensure safety of operation, efficient use of natural resources and the safety of the crushed stone-build-up prevention".

Gezinir also mentioned that “after inspecting imported machines few of the problems that Turkish and neighbor countries faced: lack of service quality, expensive spare parts, delivering time of machine and spare parts are long, and high prices of the machine.”
