Difference of VAD3600A then VAD5400 model is that VAD3600A has total spreading width of 3600mm and spray bar movement is pneumatic. Operator enters the quantity of material to be spread on panel and system reads data from the radar, asphalt pump and spray bar and adjusts the optimum pump flow rate. As with the VAD5400, the VAD3600A can be used to display all the values instantly, and the backward statistics of the spreading.

VAD Series Asphalt Distributors are designed according to the request of our customers to be suitable for their own countries’ new or second-hand trucks. VAD Series can be put pre-montaged in to a 40ft container thanks to this design transportation costs are reduced significantly and it took only 5-7 days for the installation and training.
Polymer Modified Bitumen is specially designed for the areas and firms where the bitumen is used. Thanks to the hot oil boiler installed in the bitumen tank, the bitumen tank and the whole installation are heated and the material is protected and laid at high temperatures.
The PMB material can preferably be applied automatically or manually by being one of the leading properties of its class.
With dedicated Asphalt Distributor Pump, critical functions can be performed with valves which are located both inside the pump and at the piping. Pneumatic actuators can be controlled directly from the cabin.

Specific to the models of VAD5400 and VAD3600A with precise flow adjustment and specially designed spray-bar 5400mm'de perfect spreading can be made. The system works by reading the data such as vehicle speed and spread width by providing instantaneous pump flow for the desired amount of spreading.
Spreading width can be increased or decreased during operation, the operator can accelerate or slow down according to the condition of the road, while the operator is focus on driving system can start, maintain and finish spreading.
The Asphalt Pump is mounted on a plate which is welded to the back plate of the tank. The pump has two intake lines and two discharge lines. The body of the asphalt pump is designed to remain in the tank so that freezing in the pump is prevented.
Thanks to the internal valves on the pump, the system performs all functions without the need for complicated piping system. Maintenance and cleaning are provided much more quickly and easily.
